自己架的blog遇到 "HTTP 500 內部伺服器發生錯誤" 的問題

您好，我自己架的blog (wordpress)，進入首頁時，遇到 "HTTP 500 內部伺服器發生錯誤" 的問題 ！

嘗試進入blog的wp-admin資料夾進行設定修正時，遇到以下問題
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host.

不知道是您們資料庫的問題，還是我自己的問題呢？
